I am currently located in Austin, TX. I have been married to the same wonderful woman since 1981 and have a teenage daughter. I was raised to be self-sufficient, solely in control of my life. I didn’t acknowledge my faults or understand my need for a savior. 2002 brought a series of events through which God revealed Himself to me and began softening my heart. On May 4, 2003 I finally surrendered my life to Jesus Christ and committed to an intimate relationship with Him. I found a church home, took over development and maintenance of the church web site, and began growing to be more like Christ through faithful service. Since then I have been blessed in so many ways. I have served or am serving in children’s ministry as an assistant teacher for pre-K and Kinder , youth ministry as a small group leader, community groups as a small group leader, local outreach through Soup Kitchen, and global outreach through international mission trips. I recently completed Leadership Institute to further develop my capacity to serve.
I have been in the tech industry for over 20 years. Many times over the past few years I have stressed over how I can be honoring God in this field. Over the past year or so I have come to accept that God desires my ministry to be in the work place (that whole salt and light thing).

- I believe in salvation through faith in Christ alone
- I believe evidence of faith is works that glorify Jesus Christ
- I believe that I am to represent Christ in all aspects of my life
